• This composite logo is informal, and all business is carried out under the legal entity of "Fletcher Consulting Associates Limited"

• The word "Fletcher" is used in the context of a personal name, not a trademark.

• For the avoidance of doubt, our composite logo, & our unique web & email domains are not, & do not imply to be, related in any way to other businesses who may also use the words "Consulting" or "Associates" in any combination, separately or together, whilst also combined with the word "Fletcher". Whether in their own logo, informal or legal naming of their own entity, branding, or web & email domains

• Our intent is to maintain the highest standards of fair business and ethical practices in the promotion & operation of our business, and as such we do not seek to gain advantage from any such similarities which, if existing, are entirely coincidental in nature.
