• All our surveys are handled through proprietary 3rd party platforms with their own security provisions, are strictly anonymous, strictly optional and there are no monetary or other incentives to take part, or coerce a particular response.

• The respondent must satisfy themselves with regard to the acceptability to them or their organisations of the security provisions incorporated within any survey providers platform (information is always available on their sites). Fletcher Consulting Associates accept no liability for the security of survey data within 3rd party platforms - but we trust them.

• At the time of launching surveys we will provide specific information as to the survey purpose, and the intended use of the data we aggregate.
