Whats our Why (and why should it matter ... ) ?

"it's not about what we do ...

it's about why we do it ... "

We can't claim credit for the origins of this statement.

Credit goes to well known orator on the psychology & anthropology of business & life in general, Simon Sinek.

He has articulated this principle for many years ... the 'Golden Circle' concept.

His book exploring the concept is titled "Start with Why"

And we happen to think he's right ...

In competitive and ever-changing markets, everybody needs to be able to say what they do, or be clear about what they are selling. Its core to having purpose and being identifiable in a complex world. Every business must sit in some 'category' defined by their products or services.

But we focus very much on the values we aspire to create. And what we do to create those values is different every day. Each opportunity is different, each problem has different solutions, for us and our clients.

We want to add exceptional value to our clients. That's our why

So we constantly adapt our what. We play to our strengths, we rise to varying challenges, we want to contribute to solutions in inspired and inspiring ways. â€‹So we match our "what" to our clients "why" .... the values they want to achieve.

We consult before we comment, we listen before we commit, to understand our clients value objectives, and develop our service offering from there.

The value we aim to create then aligns with the value required.

So despite "industry standard" service naming for the sake of belonging, our offerings & approaches to consulting are distinctly client-centric, more configured, more flexible, more specifically and uniquely target outcome driven ..... more able to address the varying why's that everyone has.

Do you know your why's ? ...
